Sexuality Quiz
kacicake wrote in asexuality
So I was on AVEN, and I found this quiz that basically measures how heterosexual, homosexual, and asexual you are. I thought some of the questions were unfair, since some of the questions seemed to have forgotten about asexuality completely! And some of the questions don't really factor in all the aspects of being asexual, but that's to be expected I suppose since asexuality is such a broad term!

Anyway, here are my results:

Your result for The 3-Variable Sexuality Spectrum Test ...

You scored 20 Heterosexuality, 15 Homosexuality, and 94 Asexuality!

You are moderately interested in sex to asexual, but do not appear to be interested in either gender.

* 11/100 You scored 20% on Heterosexuality, higher than 11% of your peers.
* 24/100 You scored 15% on Homosexuality, higher than 24% of your peers.
* 99/100 You scored 94% on Asexuality, higher than 99% of your peers.

I'm interested in hearing what other people got!

You are moderately interested in sex to asexual, but do not appear to be interested in either gender.

You scored 22% on Heterosexuality, higher than 13% of your peers.
You scored 21% on Homosexuality, higher than 35% of your peers.
You scored 92% on Asexuality, higher than 99% of your peers.

This pretty much meshes with what I thought about myself. I always considered myself slightly more hetero, but not much, because I figure I'm not dating a man or a woman, I'm dating a person. When genitals aren't involved, the sex of your partner becomes less important, I think. I just tend to be more romantically drawn to men.

You are moderately interested in sex to asexual, but do not appear to be interested in either gender.

# You scored 29% on Heterosexuality, higher than 18% of your peers.
# 16/100 You scored 11% on Homosexuality, higher than 16% of your peers.
# 100/100 You scored 98% on Asexuality, higher than 100% of your peers.

Whoa, so I'm more asexual than 100% of my peers - neat :)

* 83/100 You scored 65% on Asexuality, higher than 83% of your peers.

The low heterosexuality is because I do not want ANYTHING to do with penetration, whatsoever, at all, ever, ugh. If I were to be in a long-term relationship, it would probably be with a girl. I do fantasize about both genders when I masturbate, but I don't want to ever have sex. The thought of actually doing it freaks me out/squicks me.

i coulda told you this w/o the test but it's nice to see confirmed!

You are either gay or bisexual (preferring your own gender) with a moderate to low sex drive. You may even be asexual.

The higher your score in homosexuality, the more you are attracted to your own gender.

A higher asexuality score means that you place a bigger emphasis on the emotional aspects of a relationship and less on the physical.

I personally think the only reason I got the "moderate to low" rating in the sex drive category is that there are some questions you couldn't answer without referring to sexual fantasies and the like. I don't even have sexual fantasies when I masturbate; to me it's just a pleasant physical release. (sorry if this is TMI.)

Some of the questions were difficult to answer/didn't have my answer, though.

You scored 29 Heterosexuality, 26 Homosexuality, and 76 Asexuality!

You are moderately interested in sex to asexual, but do not appear to be interested in either gender.

Seems roughly correct, although some of the questions didn't have answers I really identified with. I do have some sexual thoughts and feelings, but no actual desire to have sex or strong feelings of attraction to either gender as more than friends.

That's exactly my results and thoughts of what I got. I was just going to post the same thing. XD hehe

Number three on this... same results... same response. Wow... what are the odds of that?

I couldn't finish it. It seemed to assume I wanted to do things like. . . date.

You scored 49 Heterosexuality, 19 Homosexuality, and 80 Asexuality!

Compared to other takers"

* 40/100 You scored 49% on Heterosexuality, higher than 40% of your peers.

You scored 36% on Heterosexuality, higher than 25% of your peers.
You scored 17% on Homosexuality, higher than 28% of your peers.
You scored 90% on Asexuality, higher than 97% of your peers.

Not really surprised at my answers, although the phrasing on some of the questions was rather confusing. I'd have expected a higher score on homosexuality/lower score on heterosexuality, though. :3

This seems sorta right, I don't have feelings for the ladies though, I know I'm hetero. One of the things that bothered me was that it made cuddling out to be a sexual thing, where for me it is nice because I like the feeling of closeness and safety I feel when I cuddle (I'm a HUGE fan of cuddling).

Just for fun, did a survey for heterosexuality/ homosexuality and asexuality; and got this:

I always knew I was interested in guys, but I always felt there was something more to a relationship then just sex. Something like that.

You are moderately interested in sex to asexual, but do not appear to be interested in either gender.
The higher your score in asexuality, the less interested in you are in sex.

that makes sense, but some of my answers weren't true, it was hard and it didnt have my opinions, but it was close, my homo and hetero side should be the same..
